I am convinced, that psilocybin-containing mushrooms, especially in their use as a religious sacrament, are legal in all countries that signed the UNO-treaty for control of international drug trafficking, including Switzerland and Germany, and cannot be forbidden by the state without acquiring an explicit permisson from the UNO. I consider laws, that shall enforce a prohibition of psilocybin-containing mushrooms, void and ineffective. The Swiss authorities, refering to suchlike laws, act not only judicially, but, due to the missing proof of dangerousness of the mushrooms, also ethically wrong.
The imprisonment of David Schlesinger has no foundation and should be ended immediately.
